This policy applies to all shipments within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Order Processing
- Orders are prepared and processed within 1–2 business days
- Processing takes place Monday through Friday
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next available business day
Order Cut-Off Time
- Cut-off time: 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York)
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET may be processed the same day
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM ET will be processed on the following business day
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Shipping time: 5–7 business days
- Total delivery time: Approximately 6–9 business days
Shipping method: Standard U.S. Shipping via USPS / UPS
Delivery days: Monday – Friday
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods such as holidays

Shipping Address
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your order.
Lynria cannot be held responsible for delivery failures, delays, or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer.
Please note: We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@lynria.store.
Changes or cancellations can only be made before the order has been processed or shipped
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make modifications or cancel it
In that case, please refer to our [Refund & Return Policy] once you receive the item
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number
Tracking details typically become active within 24–48 hours after shipment
You can use your tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at support@lynria.store.
Our team will:
Investigate the issue with the shipping carrier
Provide updates throughout the process
Offer a resolution in the form of a replacement or refund where applicable
Lynria is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control. However, we will always do our best to help resolve the situation.
