Refund policy
At lynria, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please read our policy below carefully before initiating a return.
This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.
1. Returns Within 30 Days
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags still attached
- Returned in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at support@lynria.store with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you:

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted and cannot be processed.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If you are returning for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lynria.store and include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
Our team will review your case and resolve it as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the following situations:
- Damaged or defective items received
- Incorrect item or size delivered
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead. Replacement shipping times may vary based on location.
Note: We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
5. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. If your return meets our requirements, you will not incur any additional charges.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days.
If your refund is approved:
- It will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing takes 5–7 business days from the date of approval
- Your bank or card provider may require additional time to reflect the amount in your account
If your return is not approved, we will notify you with the reason and return the item to you.
7. Promotions and Discounts
Discount codes and promotional offers must be applied at the time of checkout. We are unable to apply discounts retroactively after an order has been placed.
